Berette S Macaulay is an interdisciplinary artist, curator, and writer whose work interrogates ancestral, cultural, and personal negotiations of creolized identity. Her work utilizes research and intuition, which serve experimental methods in her photography, video, performance, poetry, mask and sculptural practices. She also supports Black and Diasporic filmmakers as founder/creative organizer of Black Cinema Collective.
