The Seattle Documentary Association, Film Crew Training Program, Seattle Film Society, and Seattle Creates are uniting for a truly unique event: The Collab Social Mixer.
This is not a typical networking event; it is a focused, intentional gathering designed to foster deep connections and, more importantly, to give you, the dynamic creative community of Seattle, a clear view into the organizations that work every day to support and enhance your industry.
We fundamentally believe that a thriving creative scene is built on trust, understanding, and shared vision. Our success is directly tied to our ability to cater effectively to the needs of our community. That is why this mixer is structured around organizational transparency and direct dialogue.
We are dedicated to moving beyond mission statements and surface-level introductions. This is your chance to meet the dedicated teams, hear the authentic stories behind the missions, and understand the history that drives each organization's decisions. We want you to gain a genuine, firsthand understanding of our operations, our goals, and how we plan to impact the future of Seattle’s arts and film scene. By knowing us better, you can better engage with our resources, hold us accountable, and help shape our direction.
