SEVEN SAMURAI (1954)

This August, our Film Discussion Group will be covering Akira Kurosawa — his original films, and the remakes.

  • Discord is an online messaging and voice/video call platform. Communication takes place within virtual communities called "servers". Servers are typically made up of a collection of various chat rooms and voice channels. Initial entrance to a server is facilitated via an "invite link".

    Due to the scheduling issues this month, all discussions will take place on the Seattle Film Society Discord server. We will return to in-person discussions in February.

• Where to Watch: Seven Samurai (1954) is available to stream on Max and Criterion Channel, and is available for rental on Amazon, Google or Apple TV. You can also watch it in theaters at SIFF Cinema Downtown:
